Data collected
When you use the booking assistant, we collect: your name, your company (optional), your email, your phone number, the trip details (addresses, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and pieces of luggage, preferred vehicle) and any message you add.
Purposes
This data is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote, organise and invoice the service, and meet our legal obligations. It is never sold or used for third-party advertising.
Recipients
The data is accessible to the Ludy team and to the technical providers that host the website (Cloudflare) and deliver the requests sent through the assistant (Mailgun, an email delivery service), within the limits of their assignment.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the business relationship, then for the legally required retention periods.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to [email protected]. You can also contact the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP): www.cndp.ma.
Cookies and fonts
This website does not use advertising cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own servers: no data is sent to Google to display them. The website only remembers your language choice in your browser.
